My journey in the wellness world began in 1998 when I graduated from massage therapy school. I quickly immersed myself in hands-on experience at a chiropractor’s office, honing my skills before venturing out to establish my own practice a year later. Driven by a profound passion for healing and guiding others to feel at home in their bodies, I delved into various modalities to expand my knowledge.
Over the years, I have evolved extensively in my practice. I ventured into the study of the microbiome, realizing the profound impact it has on overall well-being. I completed numerous hours of yoga teacher training and advanced programs, further enriching my understanding of holistic wellness. This journey led me to create True Self Transformation, a platform where I integrate my expertise in massage therapy, skincare, yoga, and nutrition, offering a comprehensive toolkit for individuals to reconnect with their true selves.
My approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins from within, encompassing not only physical well-being but also nurturing the intricate relationship between the body and the microbiome.
