We believe the food you eat plays a vital role in your journey of rejuvenation. Our thoughtfully curated menu celebrates vibrant, fresh flavors and features organic, locally sourced ingredients. Each meal is designed to nourish your microbiome, awaken your senses, and foster connection.

BREAKFAST

Start your day with a hearty and satisfying breakfast featuring a delicate frittata crafted with a medley of earthy mushrooms, fresh spinach, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a touch of tangy Humboldt Fog goat cheese. A symphony of flavors to set the tone for your day of unplugged bliss.

DINNER

End your day with elegance and flavor. Enjoy the fish of the day, sourced locally and gently roasted to preserve its natural essence, nestled atop aromatic coconut jasmine rice. The dish is elevated with a refreshing mango jalapeño and cilantro salsa, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and heat that will leave you revitalized.

LUNCH

Unwind at midday with a bowl of comforting leek soup, simmered to perfection and brimming with warmth. Pair it with a medley of roasted red bell peppers, eggplant, portabella mushrooms, red onion, and zucchini, served on rustic walnut bread for a wholesome and satisfying lunch.

Awaken your senses - Guided beach walk

Begin your day with a mindful walk along the beach. Gentle movement and breathwork harmonize body and mind while immersed in the sounds and scents of the ocean.

Bodywork and Acupuncture: A Ritual of Rest

Your experience includes a dedicated bodywork and acupuncture session- a deeply restorative treatment designed to systematically unwind, unfurl, and settle the nervous system. In the stillness of digital silence your body is invited into the presence. Through skilled touch and ancient healing practices, layers of tension gently release. The nervous system shifts from fight-or-flight into a state of profound calm. This is more than a treatment it’s a daily ritual of return. To your true self. To your breath. Sound Bathing Ritual

Surrender to a sound healing experience overlooking the ocean. Let the resonance of singing bowls, nature’s rhythms, and breath lull your body into balance and calm.

Nosh Al Fresco and Reflection Time

Savor a light snack outdoors (weather permitting), followed by space for quiet introspection- write in your journal, take a meditative walk.

Dinner

A communal meal focused on connection, nourishment, and organic seasonal bounty. Plant-forward, satisfying, and infused with care.

Community Circle

Gather in community for heartfelt connection and sharing. A space, facilitated to reflect, listen, laugh, and support each other in the unfolding experience.

Nightly Sleep Ritual

As the day draws to a close, we gather for  a gentle, grounding practice to prepare the body and mind for deep, restorative sleep.

 

This nightly ritual weaves together elements of sleep hygiene, calming breathwork, and intentional stillness – creating a sacred pause before rest. Without screens or stimulation, the nervous system naturally slows, signaling its time to let go.
